Nice twin room with awesome northern views, had all the essentials we required! 🌟

the staff was very very helpful and amicable and my stay was real good, would stay here again. there was a great selection of food for breakfast, it was great. the rooms were nicely furnished and new-fashioned, for the value. location: the hotel was near convenient stores in the area, the bo geon lo and siam duty free shop and the rest of the island. ate at samdajeong, it's not very far from the venue.

All the facilities are clean, clean hotel, its location is unbeatable close to shopping district. Offers good service and great food.

We stayed in a hotel near the shopping district with a great location close to everything. the clean and modern room with a single and a double bed was huge! It even had a great overview of the city and airport. the housekeeping staff refreshed the room daily, and the breakfast was delicious. the hotel also had a rooftop garden and a convenient shop on the second floor.

Although some of the front desk staff were not very helpful, the rest of the hotel made up for it with their professional and friendly service.

During my Thanksgiving stay, I was impressed by the spacious and clean rooms with a comfortable bed. The hotel's convenient location near the airport provided easy access to food options around. the breakfast buffet had a well thought out selection of both Korean and European cuisine.

Although the hotel had many positives, there were some downsides. The staff was not very helpful, and some did not speak good English.
